The FLUSH GENIE is a fully customizable automatic flush system for urinals and toilets. Its intelligent design lets you switch between sensor-activated and timer-controlled modes. In SENSOR mode, it emits an infrared beam to detect users, triggering an automatic flush when they leave. The unit features an electronic push button for optional courtesy flushes. In TIMER mode, it converts urinals into water-saving fixtures by regulating daily flushes, programmable at 30-minute, 1, 2, or 3-hour intervals. After 135 minutes of inactivity, the unit enters SLEEP mode to prevent unnecessary flushes. A mechanical override using the provided MANUAL FLUSH KEY enables custodial staff to flush the unit manually at any time.
